Our Trainers have Internationally Recognized Personal Trainer Certifications. We will motivate and encourage you to reach your personal fitness goals using cutting edge workouts and equipment. We use Kettle bells, Bosu Balls, Battle Ropes, Wall Balls, Slam Balls, etc to make sure workouts are challenging and also fun. Whether you are just starting your fitness program, have reached a plateau, are looking for a way to break through to that next fitness level, or are just looking for a new and challenging way to stay fit, Go-Go Fitness Boot Camp will fit your needs.
Classes are mixed and cater to both men and women. Each session typically runs for 6 consecutive weeks. We have designed our Bootcamps for all fitness levels from beginner to elite athletes.
Each boot camp session includes 3 classes per week and generally runs for 6 consecutive weeks. We DO NOT provide make up classes and treat the class like a gym membership. When you sign up, you are committing to training 3 days a week for the duration of the Bootcamp.
Missed classes WILL NOT be carried over into any new Bootcamps and you will not be compensated for these missed sessions. If you miss a class and want to make it up, you can attend 2 classes a day.
WE ALSO DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ONCE CLASS HAS BEEN PAID FOR.
Our classes are broken down by time and there is some flexibility for those that need it. Remember, our goal is to get you here 3 days per week to help you see optimal results!
