BOOT CAMP

Want to see results but need some encouragement? Boot camp will get you there and discover muscles you never knew you had!

DURATION: 6 WEEKS

With three sessions per week you'll discover a new you. We keep it varied so most people continue for course after course to build their fitness.

STUDENTS: 20

There's typically a dozen people training together but we can accommodate up to twenty in each one-hour session.

We will motivate and encourage you to reach your personal fitness goals.

We use kettle bells, bosu balls, battle ropes, wall balls, slam balls, body weight exercises etc to make sure workouts are challenging and also fun. Whether you are just starting your fitness program, have reached a plateau, are looking for a way to break through to that next fitness level, or are just looking for a new and challenging way to stay fit, Go-Go Fitness Boot Camp will fit your needs.

Classes are mixed and cater to both men and women. Each course typically runs for 6 consecutive weeks with three classes per week, each lasting one hour. We have designed our Bootcamps for all fitness levels from beginner to elite athletes.

OUR TRAINERS

Our certified trainers are professionals who will guide you on how to use the correct exercise form, assess progress, and to help prevent injuries. They have been educated on the importance of both exercise and basic nutrition so they will collect information on your health and wellness history to create workout routines that will be best for your unique physical and health condition.
